Divi Email Opt-Module Not Passing address to CC email list?

Anyone set up the Divi Email Opt-In module? I successfully tied it into CC's api, pulled up the correct email list, but I am not seeing the emails being added to the CC email list. The module fires off a success message, but CC doesn't get the new address?
