Hello
I am a developer who works on WPForms (wordpress plugin installed on over 6 mln sites).
We are migrating our Constant Contact integration to version 3 but we still have plenty of users who integrated with v2.
In our sentry logs we see many of them - when they try to authorize the WPForms integration with their Constant Contact account - at random get a response from your API with the missing access token.
We tested this manually and we confirm with our accounts this happens: when I try to authorize your server respond sometimes without access token granted. When I retry minute later (the same credentials, the same unchanged code to pass through those credentials to your API) the access token is granted.
Is it known issue for you? Can we do anything with it to avoid unhappy users?
Here is a screenshot with the full report for one of the reports https://d.pr/i/bMjxNG
If you need anything else, I am open to deliver.
Hello user3132378,
Thank you for reaching out to Constant Contact API Developer Support. My team is here to assist outside software developers with questions about building into Constant Contact's API.
Thank you for providing the screenshot of the error report. It looks like we'll need some additional information in order to assist with troubleshooting. If you could please provide us with your API key, a full example authorization request, including headers, and any timestamps or general timeframes you may have for when this error has occurred, we'll be able to better assist in pinpointing the cause of the error. Please provide this information securely by reaching out to us via email at webservices@constantcontact.com, we look forward to assisting you!
Please let us know if you have any other questions!
Regards,
