While the Wix Constant Contact Form by Digioh does use our API to connect with Constant Contact, this plugin is a 3rd party product and not built or supported by Constant Contact, so we are limited in the support we can provide, but will try to answer any questions to the best of our ability as they pertain to Constant Contact’s API endpoints and functionality. Constant Contact makes these endpoints available for 3rd party developers to create integrations with our system.

 

If you feel that their plugin is not working correctly, we urge you to reach out to the developer (Digio) directly, so that they can look into their application’s code for the root cause of the issue, and then follow up with our team directly if needed.

 

Additionally, I have submitted feedback regarding our support article “Install a contact sign-up form on a website” to request that we better clarify who developed/supports the Wix Constant Contact Form by Digioh plugin.
