The refresh token is invalid or expired.

I have requested the api call after the access token got expired and when i try to refresh the token to get new access token along with the new refresh token, i am getting error with status code 400 data: { error: 'invalid_grant', error_description: 'The refresh token is invalid or expired.' } could you pls help me out on this ASAP, we are waiting on this to integrate totally due to this we got struck at this junction. Thank You
