Unable to add custom redirect url under "My Applications" Tab

Hi Developer Team,

               I'm trying to authenticate constant contact from zoho crm.Here i want to add the zoho crm redirect_url under "My Applications" tab of constant contact.

     But i am unable to add the custom redirect url.Addition(+) and Removal (-) buttons are disabled like below.

Kindly suggest me how can i add and remove the custom redirect url

We had some scheduled maintenance around the time that you posted this, which may have affected being able to edit and create V3 applications within the My Applications page. All should be working as expected now.
