Based on our logs, it looks like you may have already resolved this issue, however, this is what I found:
It looks like the address in question was being added to the campaigns via the JSON request body of PUT calls that were being made to /emails/activities/{campaign_activity_id}, within the physical_address_in_footer parameter.
