https://localhost not working in Constant Contact Gravity Forms integration

In my Gravity Forms Constant Contact Plugin Settings, the https://localhost is returning the following. Please help me figure this out.--Thanks, Debbie

localhost refused to connect.

Based on the documentation for Gravity Forms, it looks like they have you copy a Redirect URI from gravity forms into your API key settings in Constant Contact, so you might want to double check those values by repeating the steps.
