Making payments when past due.

It is way way way too hard to get to the payment screen to make a payment and the wording of the prompt is completely unrelated to its function and there should be only one button to take your client to the payment page.

Hi @ElliotN44 what are the steps you’re taking to update the payment method on your account? What is the prompt you’re seeing? Can you please share a screenshot of this prompt?

The link to pay is not there at the moment.  There is always a notification at the top of the page with a link to click on to pay, but it never takes you directly to the payment page, it always takes you to a group of pages that are poorly labelled and you have to guess which one leads you to the payment page.  The notification should take you right to the payment page.
