There is no save option after changing the physical address. The Edit, Save, Schedule does not complete the physical address edit. You just assume it is saved, click on edit and go back to the original. Then you select continue to see if it is saved.
Hi @LarryH387 where in your account are you trying to update a physical address? Having any further details on this will help us make sure this feedback is tracked correctly.
I was trying to do it prior to sending. The next email I had to change it again and that time the save at the top seemed to work. I haven't logged on today to check it.
hi @LarryH387 thank you for following up with these details. While there is not a "save" button available when editing the physical address in the footer of your email. Does the insert button fit your needs? Do you see the changes save once you press insert?
While we recognize it may not be clear how to save a physical address, we do not have plans to change the wording on this button. If we hear anything in the future regarding this feature request, we will update the thread.
