Account Billing is Not right

I was singed up for the full package. A few days before my Monthly subscription came up i switched to the lower. I should of had full use of all the features until the end of my billing period. But i did not. The moment i downgraded i lost the use of the other features. THAT IS NOT RIGHT OR FAIR.
