That is a great question! You can opt into email receipts and change the email address that those notifications go to by clicking on the little person icon on the top right-hand side of your Constant Contact account. Select “My Account” from the drop down then scroll down and on the bottom left-hand side of the page you should see “Opt In/Out of Payment Receipt Emails”. Click that to set the email address that these receipts go to.

Hello @DeepaI. I'm sorry that you have not been able to get a copy of your invoice. Were you not able to get to the page of your account that shows you how to print or email the invoice or did you not receive a copy if you did email it? If you could provide us with some more information, that would be very helpful so we can look into this further. You can either reply here or email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com.
My credit card is being charged but I'm not being sent an invoice and I can't see any way to download an invoice. On the "My Account" menu I only see "My Settings", "Plans and Pricing" and "Log Out". There is no "My Account" option in the menu.
I'm sorry that the My Account page was missing! The easiest way to get access to that My Account page is to go to the Home screen on Constant Contact (click the link in the very upper-left hand corner) and then go to the Profile icon (upper-right hand corner) and the My Account page should be there then. You can then click on Billing/Activity Statements and generate the invoices. Here is a Tutorial that shows you how to generate or email those invoices!

And I'm not interested in having to log in to your website every month to find an invoice. If you won't give me a way to email it automatically every month I'll change to Every other service I use emails me an invoice every month. I can't understand why you would make me work so hard.
My apologies for any confusion. It sounds like you're already in "My Account" which is why it is not showing in the drop-down menu in the top right corner of the screen.
You certainly can opt-in to receive emails relating to your billing. Below is a picture of the My Account page and I have highlighted where you can opt in or out.
