Can you explain the wildly erratic billing I have gotten in the last 12 months ? My account has been under 500 names but your bills do not much our records.

I apologize for any confusion there may be with the billing on your account. Monthly rates can increase due to taxes, contact level, and adding additional products or services. Here is an article from our Help Center that helps explain this more. However for your account security we are unable to go into your billing details here in the Community. Instead we ask that you please call into our Billing Support for further assistance.
