For those of you that are using your Linkedin contacts as your send-to lists, how many max (sends) a day does Constant Contact prefer that you stay 'under'?

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. If you're sending emails, it's just a matter of knowing your audience, while also understanding basic sending etiquette. Are your LinkedIn contacts going to be expecting multiple emails per day from you? Are they regularly opening these, or does it seem like a majority of them are receiving but not actually opening? Are you okay receiving multiple emails from the same source for your line of work? These are all questions that you'll want to consider regarding "max sends a day."

As stated I was a CC customer two years ago at which point there was a maximum daily and weekly messaging limit.   What is the max now?

There isn't, we have customers that send out to literally millions at a time. It'd just be a matter of larger lists needing to be staged during sendouts, to make sure we're not ending up with exorbitantly high levels of unsubscribe and spam reports from a single customer's email sendout. 

The only cap you'd really need to keep in mind is the monthly cumulative of up to 24 times your total contacts. Beyond this, an overage fee of $0.002 per email is applied toward next months' bill. So for example, if you have 10,000 total contacts, you can send up to 240,000 total emails before the overage fee of one-fifth of a cent per email would kick in. I was asking the wrong question.   I would be using Constant Contact to send multiple daily communications to my LINKEDIN connections.   I do not remember the max recommended number of CC communications sent via the LinkedIn platform.  Thoughts?   Thanks

So are you trying to tag people directly in LinkedIn or are you just trying to make a bunch of regular LI posts through the social tool? How many posts were you regularly making years ago?

We don't really have any hard data on posting limits, as it can vary significantly based on the API of the social platform, the traffic that comes in from other 3rd party apps besides us, and even the account that's posting it.
