Plan upgrade

I upgraded the plan to 5000 contacts yesterday and paid $55. Until now the plan has not been upgraded. I cannot use CC today because of this issue. what to do?

I had to log out and log back in to get my payment recognized on my account.

Sorry to hear this @JoyN38. We haven't heard of this as a problem but I will keep an ear out for more of this problem!

Hi @Axis

I am sorry to hear this happened. I see you were able to get in touch with billing this AM for help. It sounds like you correctly purchased the upgrade in contacts but did not upload the contacts to the account. If this is the case the number of contacts in the account will be what is reflected on the account pages.
