We apologize our system still charged the card on file. It looks like it was already processing, and still continued despite the cancellation. I've submitted a refund request to our Billing team for you. They should be responding within the next 1-2 business days, as soon as they have an update. If you don't hear anything back by end of business day Wednesday, June 8, please let us know and we'll see where they are in the processing.
