Hello - I clicked on the sneak preview feature not knowing I would be instantly billed. Can you please remove this feature from my account and refund me the billed amount?

To make sure you get assisted, I went ahead and got your case submitted to billing to review the cancellation and refund requests. Please be aware it may take longer than the normal 1-2 business days for a response, depending on the size of their queue. For a quicker response, you may wish to call them directly.
