Our company has a specific font that we use for all of our communications (Rotis Sans Serif Std) and it's disappointing that we're not able to use this in constant contact. So many other things are able to be customized, but the preset fonts available will not work for us.
We're updating the status of this idea to more accurately reflect its current status with our engineering team and also made slight changes to the subject line in order for it to be more easily found. We can't guarantee a commitment to include more fonts in the editor or also for the upload of custom fonts but it should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release.
Since the original post, custom font sizes are available in our cross-device editor.
Similar problem to everyone else, we use specific fonts in our branding, makes us recognizable and distinct, and now our graphics do not match our email text. Marketing team is very against having to use an alternative font, it looks messy. We even paid to have access to one of these fonts from Adobe (New Kansas), can't use it in our emails. Some of these fonts are available for free to download on the internet as well (Prodigy Sans and Martian Mono).
Completely out of date that Constant Contact does not allow uploading fonts to match branding needs. Looking at alternatives for marketing emails and such because of this.
We would like the ability to add a custom font to our options. Our brand approved font (Monserrat) is currently not available, making it necessary to build the email elsewhere, then plug it into Constant Contact. It detracts from the value of the program to not be able to create the email all in one place.
Our team are in agreement. We need to be able to use bespoke fonts, otherwise we'll need to switch to another service. Please keep us informed. Thanks.
