Before October, unique clicks in reporting were ordered by the highest to lowest number of clicks. Now the links are just jumbled up with no rhyme or reason for the order in which they appear. The default order (as previously) was good. The new ordering is rubbish and of no value to anyone formulating internal reports. Please return the ordering to highest to lowest numbered clicks, or at least give some SORT ORDER option.
Hi @vgordon at this time click reporting on a campaign is ordered by chronological order. Being able to order this reporting based on the number of clicks is a great feature request we have submitted! We have also opened up this idea so other users can weigh in as well. In the meantime users do have the ability to export their click reporting and sort based on their criteria in excel.
At this time, we do not have plans to allow for sorting of the click report. Should we hear of any updates to this request, we will respond here with information.
