There are multiple email validation programs none with ability to have customer service. Have
you ever Presently I write to a receipient good download, horrifically bad upload. The only way I can tell we are communicating is when it shows it's been opened. So many say they do, but don't and if you had that
your pricing is more than fair please contact me. I write a mail e.g. gmail and cableone and when the recipient reads it sends the time it was opened.
I also need to know how many times a mail has been opened as we could use this for a yes or no response to the mail. There is a population that needs this so do I but presently not set up for writing, immediate validation, then continuing the communication. Please call me if you can do this on your program easier I'm in.

It sounds like you may be unsure about how an open is tracked. It is possible that someone may have opened your email and it was not tracked as an open within Constant Contact. You can learn more about what is tracked as an open here.
If you are able to share more on what you are experiencing, that would be very helpful!
