Ability to set a send limit of campaigns within a timeframe for contacts

On previous platforms I've worked with, when sending an email, there was an option to click a box that said, "Don't send to someone who's received an email in the past 24 hours (or however long you wanted it to be)". This option was great as it excluded people from receiving, say, a campaign or sales email, who had only just gotten a welcome email that day. This was helpful so people don’t get emailed too many times in a short period of time. Can you add a feature like this, please?
