Awful Customer Service

I was told there were features available if I paid for an account with the promise of a full refund if I was not happy. The site does not offer what I was promised and I have been trying to get a refund for 3 weeks. All communication has stopped from Constant Contact since I started requesting a refund. Nobody will return calls or emails anymore. I was bombarded by calls and emails when I signed up for a free account and they wanted to sell me something, but nothing since I'm not happy with their lies. Dayna Wadman made many promises that are not actually offered on this website and lied to get me to pay for an account and is now ignoring ALL of my requests to cancel because this site DOESN'T ACTUALLY DO WHAT SHE PROMISES! This is the worst customer service and I feel scammed because of it.
