When are you going to allow users to use their "custom emails" in events. It really stinks that we have paid for a custom email template but are limited to only using them in email campaigns. Why are we not able to use them for emails that are created under "events".
I DO NOT want to use the standard email template for my events, that is why I paid the money for a custom design. But now I cannot use it across all your campaign types that have emails.
We are working on an updated event experience in a more advanced tool. While we do not have an update or timeline to share or can guarantee any kind of commitment that this feature will be included, we hope this indicates some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration while we are building out this tool.
It would be extremely helpful if we could create email templates that can be used in events. To have to copy an event and then choose the emails you'd like to copy over is tedious. It'd be much helpful if there was a library of ALL email templates created in CC that can be inserted/created within an event at any point.
