In the reporting section where we have our events, when someone registers a guest it now does not show that guests name in the registered guest downloaded file it will just show that someone has registered someone extra.
This is very time consuming for us to physically click into the guest to gain their information, the older system was easier for us.
We're updating the status of this idea to more accurately reflect its current status with our engineering team, and also made slight changes to the subject line in order for it to be more easily found. We can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on this feature request, but it should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release.
If there is a way to change how people can register back to the way you use to have it, it would make things a lot easier.
The new way you have your events set up, makes it much more difficult to track people, to track guests, it doubles the work that has to be done and is very frustrating to set up.
