Of what benefit is it to Constant Contact to make the survey tool so limited that your customers cannot create a professional survey? Is this saving you money somehow? I've been pretty impressed over the years with constant contact but I am shocked at the low quality of this new tool.
I am now thinking of changing my subscription and migrating to another platform.
