CAN YOU PLEASE make it easy to RESEND a piece upon the request of the customer??? As it stands now, when you try and enter the address the system comes up with "you've already sent" or a "same name" notation....??? You've got "quick send" somewhere but it's BURIED and not easily found.... IT IS COMMONPLACE TO HAVE TO SEND AGAIN......!!!! PLEASE ADJUST AND MAKE IN APPARENT HOW TO DO THIS. THE Word 'RESEND" SHOULD BE SET OUT AND OBVIOUS.... THANKS~!!!!!
You have buried in Contacts a "Quick Send" option that asks you to choose an email in the last year to send your noted "Quick Send". Hello? Any email? What is they're all different and customized for the prospect?!?!! How about an option to RESEND the exact same information since many busy and smart folks don't want to spin their wheels looking for an email and will say "can you send it again, I don't see it" (or don't want to spend time looking - understandable....). YOU SHOULD HIRE PROFESSIONAL CRITICS FOR YOUR WORDINGS..... A LOT OF THEM MAKE NO SENSE AND MANY (Like this one...) SHOULD BE INCLUDED....
Hi @BarbaraG3 where in your account are you looking for the option to resend an email? Are you looking to send your sent email campaign to a new contact in your account or someone who received the original send? Where would you expect to see the available quicksend feature? Does this tool help fit your needs?
