I am a bit disappointed with Constant Contact. After sitting through an hour presentation during the 2019 Business Expo in Los Angeles, I thought it would be great to try the services.
Support is almost nonexistent for our organization. We simply needed information on getting an email address for our domain name. Navigation and designing has been a real challenge and we’ve kept quiet. We decided not to continue paying for email Marketing since just had a few How To videos thrown at us. The video didn’t address our issue and no one was ever available to assist with the matter.
Now, we can’t seem to set up an email using our domain nor find instructions on the matter.
Bottom line, there’s no tech support.
