The help center has always been extremely helpful. In the past I had a problem with customers (and me) using Outlook not seeing photos in an e-mail. I called and was immediately told exactly how to "fix" my photos. I just had the same problem, called help, this time got someone in India, spent 45 minutes on the phone and got no help. I am extremely disappointed.
We apologize for the experience you had with our support. We have taken a look at your account and can see you spoke with support about inner background images in your email campaign. Because this is an experience that not every user has it is something that has to be troubleshooted on a case by case basis and can sometimes cause us to not have a time estimate of when it will be resolved. You have however been added to our queue to be notified when it is. The workaround we suggest in the meantime is to remove the block and recreate it manually. Users can also take a picture of the block and insert this block as an image in place of the block.
This is not a big deal. It has happened in the past, I called Help and the guy told me exactly what to do. Obviously I don't remember what he said. I just want to insert photos in an e-mail that Outlook will open. This is not rocket science and it was solved very easy in the past by your help desk.
