My suggestion is you make it work because currently it sucks. Why even have an integration button? Customer service call for half an hour waiting until anyone answers and tells me we can't fix it. Chat help, same thing...we are currently researching...blah blah blah... Just refund my money please, until it gets fixed.

In my event, it appears that it is impossible to get a CSV that includes the purchases. For example, our dinner event shows "registrants" by row, but not how many tickets they have purchased. It looks like I have to click on every on every single one and write down what they bought. Really? If that's true, this is terrible - the downloaded CSV isn't any help, as I expected columns for purchases so they can be tallied. If this option exists, I can't find it: please improve discoverability of these fields.

It is crazy that CC has removed the ability for account owners to assign or see user names in addition to the email address, of the users for the account. PUT IT BACK. Wonder if I assign: CompanyMarketing to a user and they leave the company. I can't reuse that user name for the new Marketing person. Ridiculous.
Because of small things like this that CC keeps doing without fixing things that perform poorly, definitely makes me want to move to a different platform.

I like to add frames to my photos before inserting into an email. Being able to edit before adding to the library would be extremely helpful and avoid having unnecessary duplicates.

The new software is slower when loading library pics, the preview pic is only 3"x2" at best, the sidebar items are harder to figure out, and there's a delay typing anything. I don't even like the LOOK of the new software. I don't think there's anything I like more about this new update than what I was using before. Between this update and Facebook's business page update, I now have less features that take me more time to use...

I really love this feature but it is a bit limiting for us. We have multiple newsletters and lists that go to unique audiences. It would be great if we could create different/multiple keywords to join each list.

This week I noticed a change in the color of the cursor on the edit screens for campaigns. It's now white, which makes is almost impossible to see when there's a white background. It's affecting both html and non-html emails campaigns. Can we get this changed back to black? It's adding an extra layer of challenge to send emails.

When you click on Reporting and get a list of reports, you easily get the impression that you can click through on any one of the columns and it will take you to that place directly. For instance if you click on "Bounces" within a report row, you expect it to take you to the list of bounces, because there are other places in the report where you can do that. I even think that in the past you could do that in reports. If you can make it work that way it would be an improvement. If you can't, you should at least have a color background across the row display on mouseover, that would suggest the columns cannot be accessed directly.

Hi -- Lots of problems with the updated interface. Would love to be able to go back to the old interface. Since the update I can no longer drag and drop images from my desktop into my emails I am creating. So now I have to go through a mutli step process when before it was a single step. What I do is image heavy so this is a big deal regarding the speed at which I can get this done. Can you bring this back? When I move something it no longer is an independent image -- it is joined with whatever is below it and adopts the same colors etc and cannot be altered without simply creating it from scratch and deleting the existing item I just wanted to move. Again a multi step process that was once a single step. Could you simply add an up or down arrow that can move things up and down the email? Really if I could go back to the old interface I would. It was superior to what is there now.

Your feedback as to why an SMS registration isn't approved is incredibly lacking. How do you expect users to know what to fix if you don't tell them? This is a very frustrating experience. At this point, I would not recommend this service to peers.

We are an alumnae group with a volunteer exec board. It appears the social media aspect would connect to my personal FB acct as I access our group page via my personal acct. I wish it would connect to a group within FB. I do not prefer to share my personal FB for the organizations use to post. (only for security and consistency when presidents change).

My event is a 3 day event. Each day the hours are from 8-4:30. I can't do each day, it only lets me say the event starts Wed at 8 and ends Fri at 4:30. USABILITY ISSUE
I created a color for a font. Then could not apply it elsewhere (by a brush icon and click). When I tapped on the color, it did not show me the code. I HAD NO CODE REFERENCE TO BE ABLE TO USE IT ELSEWHERE. I had to go back into Advanced ... and move the colors to approximate the same color (could not get exact) and then write down the code so I could RE-ENTER it for other purposes. VERY LABOR INTENSIVE.

You used to be able to go to the reporting screen and if someone had unsubscribed or bounced, you could click on the number and it would display who it was. On the unsubscribed you could see who it was and why. On the bounces you could try to help them, but not any more

When making an edit change, the "Save" action button continues to be greyed out even after editing is done, re: unable to save change. Yet, if I go back in later, I discover that the change was effective. There is no way for the user to know this. I wasted an hour only to learn later that the change was effective. For our daily newsletter, we have used both the "Greeting tag" and "View as Webpage" with no problem. When the recipient clicked on "View as Webpage", the greeting tag would say "Greetings!". Please check the "View as webpage" from the August 18, 2022 campaign - https://myemail.constantcontact.com/What-s-Happening-at-Quail-Creek---Thursday--August-18--2022.html?soid=1133178390479&aid=SeB-Cg0baaI . On August 19, the View as webpage now displays "Good morning Daryl" instead for ALL recipients - https://myemail.constantcontact.com/What-s-Happening-at-Quail-Creek---Friday--August-19--2022.html?soid=1133178390479&aid=lMQMIllBTvk . The View as webpage should display the Default Greeting NOT the Personal Greeting of the editor of the newsletter. This was brought to my attention by recipients of the newsletter wondering what is going on. I spent a useless hour on the phone with Customer Service who did NOT understand my question so for now I've had to delete the "Greeting tag" insertion since we have recipients who require "View as webpage" to see the images. Can you please fix this?
