I think I should be able to send a trial email, then edit before sending out to public. The site doesn't let me edit individual blocks, and I can't get a sense of the overall sequence of pages.

Is Constant Contact looking to add social media accounts other than FB, Instagram, Twitter or LinkedIn or possibly add a feature to add social media accounts of our choice? We love CC's ability to create emails and landing page but use a different site to post to social media now due to lack of account availability. Truly, once the other site adds the landing pages and emails, we will switch to them. Seems only logical.

wonderful to add future in registration form, that invites can creat "user" and "password" now that 99% events are virtual, the participants registered to a paid event, would need to go to website event page and login. to join the virtual event. Can constant contact create or add this on the registration form?

It would be great if we could create a unique email link that doesn't look like spam to phone carriers. The info after the / on our email links looks random. Would be great if we could create a link (like bitly) where it looks like an honest to goodness comms for our internal publics. As it is now, the link CC creates is being rejected by most carriers.

In sorting many files in my library into folders, every time I select some for addition to a folder, when I scroll to the top to click "Add to Folder." when done it takes back to the beginning of the library. Then I have to click through SEE MORE until I reach the place in the list where I left off. I should be redesigned so that the action line at the top remains visible anywhere in the list, like "freeze frame" in excel.

About to ditch Constant Contact Your service is declining. Very frustrating when you click save and the dot in the tool bar just keeps spinning back and forth. This is becoming more and more the norm. I have already lost two emails in your system. I know that because when I close out Constant Contact because it's frozen in its go nowhere loop and reopen it the email that I've been working on is nowhere to be found. BUT if I create another email and try to use the same name for the email I get a message that an unexpected error occurred. I don't have time to waste because Constant Contact has a clunky unreliable system especially with so many other options out there for our emailing marketing.

so yes i do have feedback. I made an account to learn about webinars but my company already has an account. You guys have called me like 5 times a day since I setup the account even after I asked you not to. It is borderline harrassment. I asked a chat agent to cancel my account or help me remove my phone number and he told me that it would expire in 60 days and i could call a service line (which surely will be some sort of voicemail) and that he couldn't help me then ended the chat before I could even respond. If you guys are willing to spend so much time calling me (I'm not a phone person and may have been interested before I was harassed) but won't help me through chat or in any way if it's to get my information removed I'm very disappointed. I will be taking over for my company's marketing in the near future and will remember these interactions/as well as have my call logs and chats saved. If you're able to please cancel the account under mktassistant@motherearthworks.com and the phone number 3045880491 removed from your services as well. If you can do that I will call it even/we can start fresh, but as it is I am not very pleased.

Hello- Is there a way to have sub-bulleted lists without having to restart a list?
i.e. I would like to use a numbers list but then have sub-bullets that are either little letters (a, b, c, etc) or plain bullets and then be able to go back to the main list. Right now the list starts over when I add a sub-bullet.
Also the ability to have line breaks between a numbered list would be ideal as evidenced below. This doesn't work in the email template.
