The good news is if you are looking to cancel your account with us, you are not required to call into our support. We have submitted your cancellation request directly to our Billing Support. One of these billing agents will review your request and follow up with you directly.

I want to cancel my account asap. Please I can't find anything on your website.

I apologize you were unable to locate how you can contact our Billing Support to process this cancellation. However because you have reached out to the Community with this request we are able to further assist. We have submitted a ticket in your account to our Billing Department to review this request.

Cancellation and refund if any

I'm just making sure I'm not being charged for anything. I dont want this account. I'm trying to cancel before I get charged.

Cancel my subscription

Hi I do not use this service and would like somebody to cancel my subscription. Why is it not easy to do this?

Cancel my account, please!!!!!

I want to cancel my account!!! I have rung but there is no one answering as you are in a different time zone.... my ex-business partner Sandra is STILL named on the account despite me repeatedly asking her to be removed, I cannot access parts of my account because of this which is rubbish. I do not want to pay you any more for a service I do not want or need. I have had legal advice because I should be able to cancel this payment myself and I cannot I've asked for help from Mind-Body but they say you are a third party and they can't help either!!!!
