A little confused about why there is no way besides calling to contact someone. Not quite sure why my fee went without my permission or knowledge from 13 dollars to 19 dollars. Also with so much like close to 600 a year for a non funded nonprofit I can only send emails, how does that help me?
I took a look at your account and it looks like you signed up with a 30% off for three month promotion. Once your three months was over your account went to $19 a month for Email, up to 500 contacts. If you want more detail on the billing process I would suggest reaching out to our billing team for more detail. They will be able to help get you the right information!
