I am unable to look at my billing activity.

I'm sorry to hear you are unable to see your billing activity. I'd like to ask you a couple of questions in order to be able to further assist you. Are any error messages popping up? Have you tried using a different browser other than the one you regularly use? Also, what specific billing activity are you trying to take a look at?
