Serious Bug on email edit

When Editing a hyperlink in an email, changing the target web page in the edit box looks like change has been make, but when the email is sent, the link in the email has reverted to the old outdated page, This is a major problem which we only discovered after 2 mailings, THIS IS VERY EMARASSING AND COST US $$$$$$$$$

I'd advise calling our general support so they can troubleshoot live. Please prepared to provide the following info:

  • The exact steps you took to insert the new URL
  • Was the Insert button on the link edit page explicitly clicked?
  • When previewing or test sending the email before sending, did the link navigate to the newly inserted URL or did it revert back to the previous page?
  • Are the links still going to the outdated page on other devices / email apps, or just particular ones?
  • Was the link to a webpage (e.g. or was it to a file being hosted in a cloud / your account library (e.g. ExampleDocument.pdf)?
  • The names of the email campaigns where this issue occurred.
  • If the affected emails are copies of previously-copied emails, copied from a direct source such as a saved / reusable template, or if they were made from scratch.
