Thanks for sharing your feedback. At this time a support rep does need to remove the logo for you but once it is removed, its gone from all draft emails you have now or start in the future.
I've removed your logo for you. If you are currently logged in please log out and back in. Again, the logo will be removed from draft and new emails moving forward.

I am sorry to hear this is happening. There is a max file size of 20k lines in your upload currently. Are you importing over 20k lines or could the error be caused by something else?

You can take out the update profile link if you would like. This will prevent people from updating their own email addresses though. Here is how to remove this.
You can only change the email address that shows in the footer, not take it out.

As for the Safe Unsubscribe link, the link itself must remain. You can have the text that shows edited as part of a custom footer. This is a one time $100 fee and is completed by our custom services team. Check out this page for more.

Thanks for posting. Although there is no longer a back button you can use the back button on your browser while in the contact areas. When you do this you will see your search or sort options save but it will bring you back to page one.

I removed the logo from your account. Please log out and then back in to see this change. Unfortunately your organizations address must remain in the footer of the emails to be compliant with the Can-Spam act. You are welcome to update this address in the My Settings area of your account if you would like but the address listed must be valid.

Thanks for your feedback on this. We are always looking for ways to improve and add requested features to the product. I am happy to pass along your ideas and thoughts on this. I know it is not ideal, but the button can be inserted as a clickable image. Instagram offers several image choices right on their site and you could pull into your email. You would just want to make the image clickable to your instagram profile.
