Thanks for posting. Although there is no longer a back button you can use the back button on your browser while in the contact areas. When you do this you will see your search or sort options save but it will bring you back to page one. ... View more

Hi Laurel, Thanks for your feedback on this. We are always looking for ways to improve and add requested features to the product. I am happy to pass along your ideas and thoughts on this. I know it is not ideal, but the button can be inserted as a clickable image. Instagram offers several image choices right on their site and you could pull into your email. Hi, Sorry to hear about the error, what browser are you working in? I took a look in your account at one of your most recent emails and was able to uncheck the forward option without seeing the error. I did this in a copy of your email if you want to take a look. Hi Ricky, A rep can can remove the logo from any paid account for you. If you are talking about several accounts it would be easiest  over the phone but if you would rather us do it here we will need you to comment on this thread from each individual account giving permission for us to do this. Please log out and then back into your account to see the change.   As far as the formatting of your footer, any more changes will have to go through our custom services team. Here is how to contact them. They are able to make requested changes for a fee. Just as a heads up, there are some pieces of information that are required by law to remain in the footer; the unsubscribe link, the privacy policy and the physical address.   Hope this helps,  ... Please log out and then back into your account to see the change.   Unfortunately there are pieces of the footer that must remain since we are a U.S. Based company. The Unsubscribe link, the Privacy Policy link and your Physical mailing address are required in the footer. If you would like to further edit the footer we have a custom services team that can make those changes for a fee. Learn more about them by checking out this FAQ.    You can change the language in your account and have it update the footer if you would like. Here are some directions to do this.
