I ran into this issue with dealing with coupons. I created a coupon as part of my welcome email for new sign-ups. So whether they signed up using "join my list" or text-to-join, they had to input their email to complete the registration. Now, when they go to redeem the coupon, they also have to input their email again because of how the coupon is designed to redeem it. There's no way around this at this point. An email "input" is apart of the coupon itself. This is an unnecessary second step for those signing up. I would like for you all to change the coupon where it's optional to have the email "input" in or out. It shouldn't be required because the whole reason why contacts are receiving a coupon offer in the first place is because we already have their email info. This would help it be more seem-less for the customer if you could correct this. Thanks

When it comes to the sign up form for facebook, I notice that other than a person's first name, last name, and email, there's no way to ask for their birthday or other information on that form. When I click on "customize" button, the only option I see is to upload an image. I have edited my sign up form in the constant contact site to request this information, so I am wondering why when it comes to facebook, the sign up form does not show the extra items like birthdays or addresses?
