--Need reps available on week-ends. The live chat and phone # is "closed" on weekends?! People work very flexible, fluid schedules -- we should be able to get support whenever we need it. --I had to talk with a robot, was transferred to the incorrect department, had to wait on hold, was finally connected...and promptly disconnected. Had to start all over again, except this time it took almost 20 minutes to get to a "live" person. Very frustrating experience. My nonprofit org pays a monthly fee for this service -- we need, and expect, better access to support.
