Do any of you use a CRM system? We have been having issues with unsubscribes from people who wouldn't (apparently the President of the company decided to unsubscribe from her own mailing list! She said she didn't). Trying to figure out if the issue is Constant Contact or an integration... Constant Contact blamed it on our CRM system, but now I'm questioning seeing other people struggling too.
