Longtime CC user; rarely ever encountered a problem until now. Cannot upload photos from my computer, as I have many times in the past. Instead when I click on upload from computer, a message appears suggesting I upgrade from $45/mo to $75/mo services, even though I've used 10% of my storage to date under the $45/mo plan. I hesitate to just upgrade for something I don't need right now, yet there are no other options to upload photos. I can dump individual photos into the upload box, but there are not ways to accept the photo as in the past. Any suggestions?
