We are a charity and all the people we email are active supporters. However only about 35% are shown as ever opening our newsletters. Your feedback information shows us the people who did not open our emails individually bit to get a list of people who have never opened an email, we have to export the information from each individual newsletter. From the database it must be possible for you to get me a list in the same way as you list all those who have never opened emails.
