I, too, would appreciate the ability to change the name of a previously sent email. Seeing as it wouldn't change anything related to the content of the message or its recipients, I can't imagine why this would be something that would have to be final. The edit after sending would be useful mostly for our own identification and organization purposes. I think it's easy to imagine many situations in which a working title is no longer helpful, and it would be best to rename the email for classification. IMO, this would actually be the most helpful improvement you could make right now! Thank you.
