I am having trouble understanding these stats. When I open my sent campaign, on the "Email Activity" page, it reports that my campaign has only been clicked 23 times. However, when I click on the hyperlinked "23", it takes me to a more in-depth page that says my campaign has been clicked 60 times. On this more in-depth page that lists 60 clicks, I can confirm that the dropdown says "Clicked". In my mind I do not understand why these numbers would be so different. There are 13 total clickable links in my campaign, so the number 23 becomes even more of a mystery then.

First of all id like to say that the status page is inaccurate, because I have been having issues with Constant Contact all day long. Multiple times now, as I'm typing and making changes to my email, the window pops up and asks if I'm still working, and if not that it will log me out in 15 minutes. The first time it interrupted me, it would not allow me to click the "I'm still working" button, inevitably forcing me to close out and re-log in under a new tab. This also caused me to lose some of the changes I had made. The second time, the window would allow me to click "I'm still working" but then the screen I was already on froze and AGAIN I was forced to close out and re-log in, causing me to lose more data. These are basic functions. I'm merely TYPING in a text box and am getting these errors. It is a HUGE inconvenience and issue for me and my company. How can I be expected to complete anything when these screens interrupt me as I am in the middle of working? I dont know where this post is supposed to go in the forums, what section, anything... Move this discussion as necessary, whatever needs to be done. Just make this website function properly is all that I ask. Constant Contact makes it very difficult to EASILY report an issue to them. I'm not wasting 30 minutes of my life on hold on the phone to notify someone of these issues.

Hello all, I am wanting to select two contact lists and compare them to see how many of those total contacts appear on both lists. This is just for my own knowledge and to try to get an understanding of the response rate we are recieving. I understand that when I am sending an actual email blast out, that constant contact will de-duplicate the lists for me automatically, so no need to explain as I already understand that aspect. Maybe I'm just overlooking something very simple. I know also that I can look at an individual persons profile and see what lists they are subscribed to, however as both lists Im wanting to compare have about 4,000 contacts, you can see how comparing each person's name individually would be counter-productive. Is there any simple way to do this? Thanks all!
