Hi @BarbaraS0 ,    I certainly apologize that you are running into this issue. This does look to be a defect with the social posts that our engineering team is aware of, and they are working to fix. I will have them reach out to you with any updates or fixes for that issue.    In the meantime, the workaround is to try creating a new post and share that. If you are still having trouble, try disconnecting and reconnecting the social account, and then try again. ... View more

Hello @BarbaraS0 ,   It looks like all of your social profiles are failing to even post, let alone provide reporting. This is typically caused when there's an interruption between our API and the social platform's. Some social platforms will also regularly require the connection and permissions be refreshed every few months.    Does disconnecting your social platforms from your CTCT account, removing our permissions from those platforms, and then reconnecting them to your CTCT account allow your posts to go through? ...
