Years ago we used to have a free Salesforce app that auto-imported Constant Contact reporting into Salesforce so that on the contact level we could see what Constant Contact emails were sent, opened, clicked, etc. - this was stopped being supported several years ago. I saw an inquiry by someone else from May 2022 asking about similar functionality and they were told: "Currently, the Salesforce/Constant Contact integration is a one-way sync from Salesforce to Constant Contact, so none of the information from Constant Contact (including reporting) would feed back into Salesforce at this time. We do currently have a feature request open to our engineering team for the option for a two-way sync, so I will certainly go ahead and track that on your account and have them reach back out to you if this functionality is available in the future!" Any progress being made on this front, or do you know of any apps that support this kind of integration?
