I'd like to see a new feature: The ability to set up one campaign that will send out birthday cards to all contacts (that have birth dates entered) on their birthday. 1. I update all records to include birth dates 2. I set up one campaign that says, "when birth date = today's date, send the email to that one contact" Would be very cool, very powerful, not to mention keeping me at Constant Contact and not having to use another service for this.
