I just wanted to take a moment to share two things with Constant Contact. First, you have a wonderful representative in Kelsy (sorry if I've got the spelling wrong). I called in balanced on the edge of a full blown panic attack because I could not get an autoresponder email to go out faster than a day after a new subscriber was added to my list. Kelsy explained that you are working on enhancing the autoresponder feature and apologized for the inconvenience. But she did not simply leave me dangling off the edge of a cliff as someone else might have done. Kelsy took the time to play around with my Welcome Email, making it prettier and adding necessary links for me so that it became a workable, temporary solution to my dilemma. And I have to say that had she not been so helpful I was ready to cancel my account (in fact I was looking at as an alternative while I was on hold). So Kudos to Kelsy! Secondly, please put enhancing the scheduling options for autoresponder at the top of your priority list! Thank You, Lynne Barron
