I have to say, as a new user I'm shocked this is buried on some back page for people to vote. CC - obviously your stance is incorrect as more and more and more companies are using icons in the subject line. Here we are, Valentine's day email and I can insert a heart. Are you kidding me? You need to seriously upgrade your service which is the real issue.
