When we make a "campaign", we copy the master email we create and schedule each copy to be sent on a separate date, at a separate time, to the same contact list(s). If changes are needed after that point, each scheduled email must be unscheduled, changed one by one, and then rescheduled to be sent one by one. It would be easier if the system didn't require us to copy the email for each date we want to send it and instead included a function that would allow us to work with one email that could be automatically scheduled to be sent on multiple dates/times to the same or different contact lists. That way, if changes need to be made, they can be implemented on one email instead of making and scheduling multiple copies that would need to be changed one by one.
