I used to be able to easily search for a contact by entering any part of their name of email address. Now, it's difficult to find anyone in the contact list. Names that I know are in there, I can't find. I hate having to click through the different options (email domain, name or email, company name, etc) and finding that nothing works and having to just scroll through the list alphabetically.
