Email addresses are now in separate records. This is exactly the OPPOSITE of the features that I've been requesting for the last several years. I wanted a contact ID as the primary key so that I could better track contacts that change email accounts, etc. Now, I will have to duplicate all the other contact info for a contact with multiple email addresses and lose the history for anyone who changes accounts. I'm really unhappy. I've stayed with CC through all the poor UI changes, the cutting of support hours and even falling behind on features. It's finally time for me to seriously consider alternatives. Too bad, I liked supporting a company headquartered one town from where I live. But they forgot to keep putting the customer first.
